Bio

Matthew Noakes is a self-taught artist based in Whitby, Ontario Canada. Matthew has been drawing and painting from an early age and his past work includes watercolours inspired by Japanese pop-culture. Matthew's current collection consists of subtle surrealist graphite drawings. His work places emphasis on the juxtaposition between soft and hard linear balance, creating striking, graceful images.
